Our Story

After always wanting to start his own archery pro-shop, Chris Reed made it a reality when he officially opened the doors to Reedy's Archery in 1993 on Lane Street, a small dead end street in the back-woodsy town of Middleborough. Reedy's Archery quickly became the one-stop, family-owned and operated archery pro-shop for competitive target archers and bowhunters alike over the years while serving customers from all across New England. After many years, Chris decided to grow his operation, where he then built a custom shop on Wood Street that truly speaks for itself, featuring multiple ranges, a beautiful retail space, and plenty of room for his customers to come and enjoy the day. As Chris puts it, “I run this business by putting customer satisfaction first. We take great pride in providing customers with professional service, high quality products, and the best customer commitment that money can buy.”

OUR SHOP

After years of serving our happy customers, we feel happy to say we're doing something right. Not only do we sell bows and archery equipment, but we stand behind what we sell and wouldn't suggest anything we wouldn't use ourselves. Reedy's also does custom bow work, tuning, repair, accessories, custom strings, instruction, and so much more–including children's birthday parties and events!

Swing by and check out our facilities, exclusively our two 20-yard temperature-controlled indoor ranges or our 100-yard outdoor range, featuring marked distance targets and Rinehart 3D targets. One thing that really sets Reedy's Archery apart from other archery pro-shops is our involvement with the youth archers. Engaging youth is a big part of who we are and who we want to be. Archery is tradition, and we feel that passing down the passion for archery that lives in every single one of us is a must to ensure the future of the archery community. Learning archery has proven to be therapeutic and educational to archers of all ages, teaching discipline and respect in every form. Our youth find our shooting sessions, whether it is a first time instruction, practice session, birthday party, or a family trip to the range, quite enjoyable and intriguing.

Every archer is different, novice or professional, hobby or competitive, Reedy's is the place to go for instruction, set-up and an all-around great experience.
